HOW HUMAN ACTIVITIES CAUSED AN IMPACT ON THE PARK AND THE ENVIRONMENT?
Many people who have visited the park have the greatest impact on the park's environment.Some of the main causes are littering.Littering in the water can and will cause water pollution.This can cause great harm to the marine life in Jurong Lake Park.Littering of used cans and bottles will affect the water quality of the lake.Plastic bags and bottle caps will cause the fishes to suffocate as they mistake it as food.
THE CONSERVATIONS THE OFFICIALS DID.
Officials have made an effort to put up notices as much as they can to alert the visitors.They have done their part by making clear statements and instructions of what is unacceptable in the park.We think that the officials have done their part and fulfilled their role.However,this is not enough as we should also do our part and heed the advices and notices that is put up.As visitors,we should not be ignorant,instead we should also play our part in preserving our park's environment.
